Family Days 2024-25 calendar

• All Summer Academy and Traditional Program families are asked to attend a minimum of 4 events
• Families with children in 2nd year prep for First Communion  should  refer to the First Communion "Important Dates" calendar.
• Dates subject to change, and events may be added throughout the year.  Please check the parish website regularly for updates.

Visit the St. Benedict Adoration Chapel as part of your family days formation.  
Every hour of time spent in Adoration will be considered as one family day.

SHARING GOD'S BLESSINGS - Clean Water Project
“I was thirsty and you gave me a drink.”  Over the past 15 years, International Help of Missionaries –IHM – a volunteer organization that works directly with the Church in Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria and Tanzania (as well as here at home), has helped over 200,000 people gain access to clean water as well as other basic necessities of life.  The Founder of IHM, Mr. Don Magnota visited us this past weekend to share about the water crisis in the communities he works with, and the ministry’s goal  to help the many people still in need, especially women and children who spend countless hours traveling by foot to gather water which is often contaminated and unsafe to drink.  As part of our “giving” efforts during the month of November, the RE families are partnering with IHM, through the small sacrifices of the children in our program, to raise money toward drilling a new well for the people of Adzonkor, Ghana.  We’d like to invite members of the parish to join us in our efforts.
