Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
Sacrament of Confession
Confessions are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings following the 9:00am Mass in the confessional.
We are also offered the following option, as explained in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1451-1453):
Examination of Conscience
Enumerate your sins as you would for an ordinary confession.
Express perfect contrition and recite the Act of Contrition.
Commit to receiving the Sacrament as soon as you are able.
Offer a penance or a sacrifice in reparation for your sins.
Pope Francis recently stated: “And immediately you will return to the grace of God.”
CONFESSION TIMES
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday directly after the 9:00 am Mass.
